Cutting Films

High-power CO2 laser cut optical films, functional films, packing films and others without contact.
Laser cutting requires no patterned cutters. Therefore it is easy to correspond to various shapes, unnecessary to manage consumables, reduces running cost drastically.

Cleaning System

High-powered CO2 laser removes organic resin materials attached on the surface of metal.
It is possible to remove residue without damage to metallic components such as mold. We are able to provide systems complyed with end-users products and facilities.

High-power CO2 laser processing equipment
TLSM-201

This is a batch type processing equipment installed CO2 laser transmitter. Its wavelength is 10.6μm or 9.4μm.
High-quality films which have many features such as low-heat impact, crackless, variety of shapes, low running cost, can be ablated.
And it is possible to remove resin residue without damage to molds.
